ON DELIVERY DAY

If you will not be home to receive the delivery, please leave out a cooler or other closed, insulated container with ice. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is delivered.

CARE

This Shellfish is extremely fresh and should last up to 5 days, if properly refrigerated.

To store in refrigerator:

Place shellfish in a container with a wet towel over the top so they do not dry out. Do not submerge the shellfish in water to store. 

Before cooking:

Thoroughly rinse under running water for a few minutes until no sediment remains on the shells.
