HOW TO ORDER
STEP 1
Choose the type of kit and select a butter from our seasonal list.
STEP 2
Click the Order Now button at the bottom of this page to email sales@minustideshellfish.com.
STEP 3
Include your name & phone number, delivery address, and choice of kit, butter, and preferred method of payment.
STEP 4
We will confirm your order within 24 hours and you'll receive a delivery window and square invoice if not paying cash.

ON DELIVERY DAY
If you will not be home to receive the delivery, please leave out a cooler or other closed, insulated container with ice. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is delivered.
CARE
This Shellfish is extremely fresh and should last up to 5 days, if properly refrigerated.
To store in refrigerator:
Place shellfish in a container with a wet towel over the top so they do not dry out. Do not submerge the shellfish in water to store.
Before cooking:
Thoroughly rinse under running water for a few minutes until no sediment remains on the shells.
Not sure how to cook the shellfish? No problem! Let us know and we will gladly send you easy instructions.
At Minus Tide Shellfish, we source our product from a small family farm on Totten Inlet, and deliver them to your door within hours of pulling them from the water.

Delivery is weekly on Thursdays. Place orders by Tuesday @ noon for delivery the same week.
